“Qutanga Technologies,” “we,” “our,” “us” refers to Qutanga Technologies, headquartered in Harare, Zimbabwe.
“Client,” “you,” “your” refers to the person or business purchasing or using our services.
“Services” refers to SaaS platforms, web and app development, cyber intelligence, managed IT, and related solutions provided by Qutanga Technologies.
2. Use of Our Services
You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only.
You may not use our services to transmit, store, or process content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
Access credentials for SaaS or managed services must be kept secure and confidential.
3. Service Delivery
Project timelines and deliverables will be agreed upon before commencement.
Any changes to project scope may affect pricing and timelines.
We reserve the right to decline services if they violate legal or ethical standards.
4. Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid according to the terms stated on the invoice or service agreement.
Subscription-based services must be paid in advance for the agreed billing cycle.
Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created during a project remains the property of Qutanga Technologies until full payment is received.
Upon payment, ownership of custom-developed assets is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Data Security & Privacy
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, store, and process your information.
7. Limitation of Liability
Qutanga Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
While we strive for 99% uptime and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the service agreement.
Outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
9. Changes to Terms
Qutanga Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
